We trust both you and your families are taking the necessary care to keep well and safe during what is a difficult time for our community.

We share the concern that is out there for the health and safety of our loved ones, and we will be doing everything we can as a business, to support the relevant federal and state governments, as well as the health authorities in containing the spread of this virus.

We want to take this opportunity to update you with how iMS Global is directly dealing with the COVID-19 impact to ensure that our three main priorities are achieved:

  • Protecting the health of our clients, especially those that may be in higher risk categories;
  • Protecting the health of our staff; and
  • Ensuring that we can continue to manage your business activity and provide you with an uninterrupted service you are already accustomed to, which will be more important than ever moving forward.

With this in mind, we would like to share with you some important steps we are taking:

Working Remotely:

  • We continue to operate as “business as usual” and nothing changes with the day to day running of our operation
  • As part of new measures (effective Tuesday 24th March 2020), our team will be working from home in a bid to play our role in minimising the impact of the pandemic, in line with the Australian, UK, Indian, China & Singapore government’s guidance
  • We are fortunate to work in an industry that is technology driven and we have the ability to run our operations remotely without impacting your ongoing service, with full security measures in place, working to our business continuity plans
  • Our staff are fully equipped with home office set ups, with collaborative team software in place
  • If you need to get in contact with us, please email me or call me on my number

Rest assured, there will be no impact on our ability to provide you with the great experience we are known for, and our service standards will not change.

Ongoing Meetings and new projects:

  • I will be conducting these with you via skype or phone call, until we are advised it is safe to meet face-to-face again
  • I will be calling into any meeting you require our inputs. Please send me calendar invites as usual

Proof signing:

  • We will work with each Marketing contact to deliver these colour proofs to you. Whether that is to the office addressed to you or to your home if you are WFH
  • A follow up call to get your feedback will come within 24 hrs of delivery

Market updates and support:

  • We understand the importance of keeping you informed during the market and economic uncertainty we are experiencing. We will continue to provide you with timely correspondence when it presents and let you know if any disruptions forthcoming.
  • This is a situation we have not had to deal with before, however, please rest assured that we are well equipped and that your business activity will continue to be managed in line with your current expectations.

Our approach is to manage this situation in a balanced, calm and measured way. In a period of disruption like this, it’s important to bear in mind that there are critical parts of your business that may change quickly and we will collaboratively adapt our business to work with you in the coming months.
