The ideal candidates for these positions should possess comprehensive knowledge of all print processes, including pre-press activities like trapping, colour separations, colour sequence, minimum dots, and ink coverage. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the self-motivation, passion, and drive needed to achieve success.
Furthermore, candidates must be up-to-date with industry trends and technology, possess a strong understanding of typography, space, and layout, and be able to produce consistent master artworks and their variants.
Brand experience in the fast-moving consumer goods category is preferred, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software and experience with Studio automations and workflow production and studio management. Applicants should have at least five years of prepress and studio experience.
